The Boston Living Center is New England's oldest and largest community and resource center for people living with HIV/AIDS.  Started in 1989, nearly 8,000 members have walked through the doors of the BLC, entering a loving and caring environment free of stigma and receiving free programs and services towards building healthier lives.

Each year at the Hynes Convention Center, the BLC hosts a "Celebration of Life" Thanksgiving Dinner for anyone living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones.  Often this is the only family-type celebration during the holiday season, and a wonderful celebration it is!  This year's event is scheduled for Tuesday,  November 22 and more than 600 guests will be served a full-course Thanksgiving dinner, with hundreds of volunteers on hand to make it an amazing community event.

Volunteer servers participate in our TIPS (Thanksgiving is People Serving) Program, raising money to support the event and the BLC.  I am hoping you will consider a donation in support of the TIPS Program.
