I will be walking the 5 K this year in rememberance of my friends who have been helped by SAAF in the past and to help make sure SAAF continues to be able to support HIV/AIDS prevention and support efforts for all who are living with AIDS in the coming years.  Federal funding has been cut this year.  Programs and services are at risk of being discontinued due to lack of funding.  The overall goal of AIDSWALK is to raise at least $230,000 to help make up that shortfall.  This year, voluntary donations are going to have to be the source which continues to keep SAAF programs in place.  Please contribute what you are able to support this organization which has done so much for people in Southern Arizona over the past years.
