Hi Folks,

I decided a couple of months ago that I was going to run in a 5K. I saw part of the Friehoffer's Run for Women and I was inspired. I stupidly told my wife that I wanted to run one. Well, guess what, she found one for me to run in. Now I'm stuck!

You can make it easier by donating. At least I know that my efforts will make a difference to an organization that makes a difference in people's lives. If you really want to see something entertaining you should come see it! I promise to at least finish, even if it is gasping and crawling.
