I am so excited to be raising money for the The 7th annual Jack Roth Rock N' Run! We began the race after losing my dad, Jack Roth, December 17th, 2004, to lung cancer. He was an incredible person who fought tirelessly, before succumbing to the terrible disease at the age of 57. He was an advocate for humanity and social justice and he worked incredibly hard to do great things for others.
This race is important as it not only keeps his loving memory alive, but raise's money and awareness for two great causes The Jack Roth Fund was established after the first race in 2006 to raise money for lung cancer research at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard Solove Research Center at The Ohio State University and Camp Netaim, a camp for children with special needs in Israel through Massorti, the cause he fought so hard for.
I would be so honored to have you help me reach my goal of raising $5,000.00 for these two important causes by donating whatever you can. Please join us on June 10th for the annual Jack Roth Rock N' Run/Walk, it's gearing up to be a great day!
