HOUNDS OF HOPE found Sweet little Rosie at Kern County Shelter today and found out she  has cherry eye in both eyes, which is a very uncomfortable condition. We need to raise money for her surgery, and vet bills in order to save her!!  We want her to be healthy and go into a loving forever home, and appreciate any amount you can give. Rosie thanks you for being her  Angel.
