This is the sixth year that I will take part in the AIDS Ride for Life. The Ride supports the good works of the Southern Tier AIDS Program, and it's a great event—a beautiful day full of positive energy. I participate in the Ride for many reasons. I ride because I can. I ride out of gratitude for life. I ride to help others and honor their lives. I ride to connect with others. I ride for the beauty of the lake and the land.
