We have shaved our heads to raise awareness and money for a comprehensive cancer center at Children's National Medical Center.
On November 8th, we participated at the first annual Children National's Be Brave and Shave event. Over one hundred people shaved their heads in our fight against pediatric cancer. Together we want to raise awareness and the funds that will enable us to grow in both clinical and research expertise and soon become a Comprehensive Cancer Center for children in the region.
It has been our personal dream to help Children's National Medical Center to provide hope for families of children with cancer by providing world class care and vast research and supportive programs.
We are asking you to continue to sponsor us. Though the head shaving has already taken place your continued donations are needed to reach our goal. Please continue to be generous.
Please consider all the wonderful children that are affected by the most dreadful disease you can imagine as you consider your donation.
