I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July!!
I spent 12 hours chained to a doghouse at 1555 S Western ave in 90 degree heat to be the voice for the dogs that are still imprisoned with a chain around their neck in backyards everywhere. I cannot fathom a lifetime of such boredom and loneliness, frustration and anger! 12 hours for me felt like an eternity, for them it is an eternity!!!
For every person who drove by on the bypass and stared at me in shock, I had to wonder why they aren't shocked like so many of us are when we see man's most loyal companion chained by the neck for life.
To those of you who supported me, I thank you!!! I hope this makes me even more enraged so I can stand taller and shout louder to make a change for the forgotten ones!!
