For many months members of my church, and others, have been praying for Charlotte; a four year old little girl, with neuroblastoma.  She was diagnosed, at age two, with stage IV cancer. 

Week after week I see the updates on Charlotte’s condition, and my heart breaks a little more each time for this child and her family.  Her parents are exhausting all possible options to prolong Charlotte’s life.  She is so very sick right now...

Today I came across the Songs of Love website and immediately thought of Charlotte.  After reading about the organization and watching the videos, I was so inspired by what this organization does; I created this personal fundraising page with the hope of raising more donations for this worthwhile effort.

I began listening to music at a very early age; when I was going through my own surgeries and medical treatments.  While it certainly was not as devastating as what these children and their families are facing, I found music to be very therapeutic.  It is my belief that music can heal...maybe not our physical bodies...but certainly our spirits.
