For the second year I will be taking part in the Lupus Loop to raise money for a good cause.  This year instead of walking with Penelope I will be leaving her at home and jogging the 5K.  The Loop is this upcoming Saturday, the weather is supposed to be nice and if you are free at 9am, come down to the North Shore and join in!
