Conner Ploof and the Ploofs are not like family they are family.  We have known the Ploofs for 20 years and our children have always called each other cousins.  Conner has Autism.

Kathryn started running with me 2 years ago,  She wondered why I was running so much.  We talked about being healthy and helping others.  She took on running and fundraising for families with Autism as her quest.

Kathryn has completed 5 5k's and even wore her Blue(for autism) Katy Perry Wig at the last Thanksgiving day race. On April 29th Kathryn will run her second Autism 5K.

I asked Kathryn to tell me about running for autism.  She said : "I like to run.  I just want to help and do anything I can do.  I will support Autism no matter what."  

I asked her to describe Conner and she said: "Conner is fun, playful, and bouncy.  I love him."

Please do all you can to support families with Autism and further encourage Kathryn to be healthy and help others.
