We have been friends with the Ploofs since 1992 and love Conner and Jack as if they were our own.  The work the entire Ploof family does with Conner is awe inspiring. We are happy to do a small part in helping Conner and others who face the challenges of autism every day. 

We have walked as a family raising money for Conners team since 2004, last year I took on a half marathon in Conner's name, but this year I am going to "kick it up a notch" and run 1000 miles total including 3 Half Marathons in 2010.  In February I completed my first half of the year (and for the first time broke 2 hours).  In May, I am doing  the Alton Bay NH Half and I have yet to chose my fall half.  So far I am on pace to do the 1000 as well.
