In 2008 Shannon's family was blessed with the birth of Grace Joy Strand in Minnesota. Though she lived only four months she brought so much love to everyone familiar with her story.

Throughout Grace's life we felt connected to her daily adventures through CaringBridgewhich personalized websites that support and connect loved ones during critical illness, treatment and recovery. To date people have visited Grace's site over 14,500 time to live through her days and nights as if they were there.
