My name is Amy Wollmershauser.   My father and I have been chosen to represent Special Olympics Oklahoma in the 2010 Special Olympics National Games held in Lincoln, Nebraska July 18-23.  I will be participating in Athletics.  My father will be participating as a Bocce Coach.  There will be over 3,000 athletes, 1,000 coaches, 8,000 volunteers, and more than 30,000 fans at this event.  This is such a great honor and is a dream come true.  

 

It will cost almost $500 for Special Olympics Oklahoma to send me to the National Games.  Special Olympics Oklahoma provides more than 120 events each year and there is no cost to the Special Olympics athlete.  I am asking you to consider making a donation to Special Olympics on my behalf.   Thank you for your support.  In July, you can follow me along by checking out www.2010specialolympics.org to see how I am doing.
