“Well folks, I think I really have gone and lost my mind this time.  I’ve done a lot of crazy things to raise money for Special Olympics, like live on a billboard for 3 ½ days, spend a Fri., Sat., and Sun. during the month of Sept. on a Doughnut Shop for 8 straight years, but my next adventure tops them all.  I am going to participate in an event that is called “Over the Edge.”  This is where I am going to repel off the Hard Rock Hotel here in Tulsa, which is 19 stories tall, all for Special Olympics.  Now here is the kicker, I have to raise money to so that I can repel 200 feet.  I need to raise at least $1,200.00 to be able to repel.  I’ve set a higher goal because all the money goes to Special Olympics and that is why I am going to repel off a perfectly good roof to 200 feet below.”
