We will be running Grandma's Marathon in Duluth, MN on Saturday, June 20th.  We would like to use this event to raise money for pancreatic cancer research to honor 2 very special women.  Our mother, Mary Alice Peterson and LeAnn's sister-in-law, Kristi Teigen.  They are both wonderful and generous women who putting up a good fight!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts.

*6/12/09 Update:  Mary Alice has gone to the Lord today and is no longer suffering from this terrible disease.  We will always miss her, but we are thankful that her suffering is over.

**6/20/09 Update:  Well, we did it.!  We finished our marathon together in 4 hours, 14 minutes.  It was definitely not our best time, but we did it!  And more importantly, we did it for Mom & Kristi & raised a lot of money for Pancreatic Cancer research.  Thanks for your help!
