Mary Farnsworth's Fundraising Page
Hi Everyone-
If you are visiting this page, you know me and you know how much I love animals.
The humane society's foster care program holds a special place in my heart. In the 12 yrs I have been a foster mom, I have fostered over 300 cats & kittens. WOW!!! Maybe some of you have even adopted one of my foster babies.
I am asking that you make a donation to the Monadnock Humane Society's Walk for Animals on my behalf. The money raised at this event goes toward supporting the foster care program and the many other programs the shelter offers. But most importantly, the money raised goes to help the shelter keep going. Without them, just think what would happen to the unwanted and homeless animals in our community?
The humane society receives no federal funding, they rely totally on the generousity of the community.
So I am asking that you help me reach my personal goal of raising $1,000. Any size donation will be appreciated.
From me, my current foster babies, my dogs, my kitties (all alums!!) tons of licks, nuzzles and purrs
Update: Nora & Zuma, are doing well in their new home. My litter of 7 is now 6. I lost the tiniest baby last Sunday. She was just too small and too weak to survive. The remaining 6 are struggling, but I remain hopeful. I'm doing all I can for them. Please keep them in your prayers.
