The FCDSN is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1991, with the goal of providing a resource and support network to those affected by Down syndrome in the Greater Rochester NY area. The FCDSN is composed of families, friends and professionals who strive to support individuals with Down syndrome as well as further a greater acceptance and understanding of Down syndrome in the community. It is a parent run, volunteer organization.
