Go Special Olympics Team North Carolina !

I am very excited and honored to have been selected to compete in bowling at the first-ever Special Olympics National Games at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa . I have been training hard and look forward to representing North Carolina at the national level. I will be among 3,500 athletes from all 50 states and the District of Columbia who will showcase their athletic talent this summer, July 2-7.

Special Olympics athletes are never required to pay a fee to participate but it will cost approximately $2,000 to send me to Iowa .  I am asking for your support in helping to see my dreams come true.  Your donation to Special Olympics North Carolina will provide for vital items such as travel, uniforms and equipment.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts.
I am very excited to travel to Iowa with my teammates and know that I will return with many new friends from across the nation. Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate, too!
