As you can see from my photo, we had a great time, despite the rain, at the 2011 Walk for Wishes.  Thanks to the generous support of people like you we were able to raise almost $100,000.  WOW!!! 

I would like to invite you to join me again in helping grant wishes to Vermont children with life-threatening medical conditions.  My wish was a life changing experience for me and my whole family.  I have worked hard over the past three years, raising money for the Walk, holding 50/50 raffles, a booth at the SCS craft fair, being a wish ambassador, attending many events and sharing my story.  So far, I have helped raise almost $10,000 for Make-A-Wish Vermont.  I REALLY want to reach $15,000 by the end of this year.  This year the Vermont chapter is on a record breaking track to grant the most wishes in one year, over 50!  They need our help to carry on the tradition of being able to grant every eligible Vermont child's one-true-wish!  Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider helping me by joining team BEAT IT!, making a donation or simply coming to our Walk.  For more information on Make-A-Wish Vermont, visit www.vermont.wish.org.
