I am running in the 10^th Annual First Frost AIDS Walk/Run on Sunday October 18 at Thompson Park & Zoo. 

I WILL BE THE TEAM CAPAIN OF SMC   HIfiVe Team.

This event is a 5k walk or run that benefits AIDS Community Resources.100% of the money raised from the event remains in Northern New York to pay for youth education programs that teach young people how to stay safe from HIV and STDs.
