Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF GALLATIN COUNTY!  As you all know, BBBS is near and dear to my heart as a former big sister and staff, and current board member, it is my primary charity to support.  In these times it is harder than ever to give, and yet for the same reason, there is also more need than ever. 

BBBS is proven, after 100 years of existence nationally, to make a BIG difference for kids in all areas from social to school to an ability to resist pressures in the areas of drugs and alcohol.  The organization has measured and proven results.  And I can say that I have seen first hand the enormous positive change which can occur when a child has someone in his/her life who doesn't have to be there, but who chooses to spend the time because he/she wants to.  Having a mentor through BBBS can help to set a child's life on a positive trajectory which will help not only him/her, but make a better community for all of us, now and in the future.
