For those of you who know me... you know that my beloved brother Doug was stricken with this awful disease and lost his battle with it in 2007. I am trying my best to raise money for a haunted house that will benefit the HDSA. Dougs favorite holiday was Halloween and in his honor we are having a haunted house to raise money and awareness for this wonderful cause. so donate what you can and spread word about this website to all your friends. What is Huntington’s Disease? It is adevastating inherited brain disorder that causes a slow and irreversible loss of both mental and physical capacities. Each child born to an HD affected person has a 50/50 chance of inheriting the disease. There are 750,000 people in the U.S. currently impacted by the disease. At present, HD does not have an effective treatment or cure. We sincerely hope you will accept our invitation to join us in supporting Team Hope.
