I am proud to be running the Rock-n-Roll Chicago Half Marathon on August 2nd, 2009.

Almost two years ago my dear friend and business partner, Ryan McCain, was diagnosed with testicular cancer.  While fighting cancer, Ryan was put in touch with a group by the name of Immerman Angels.  Immerman Angels is a not for profit charity providing 1-on-1 cancer support: connecting cancer fighters, survivors and caregivers.

The level of support, time, and care that Immerman Angels provided to Ryan has inspired both KMG and myself to give back and support this special organization.  Please help me reach my goal of raising $1000 for Immerman Angels.  There are no minimum donations so all are welcome.  Even if you can only afford to donate small dollar amounts, they all add up!!!

As a side note - This picture of Greg Tong, Jim Koliatsis, Ryan McCain, and myself (all KMG Private Wealth Management Partners) was taken when Ryan began chemo for testicular cancer in December 2007.  To support Ryan's fight we all shaved our heads together!
