April is Sexual Assault Awarenes Month and sponsoring the walk and/or walking with us is a great way to support what we do year round.

FAQ's:
Q. Meg, I donated to you last year. What are you, the Alumni Fund?
A. That's an excellent point. It turns out, though, that despite my best efforts, I was unable to end sexual violence in Greater Boston during the intervening year. Because I so appreciate your continuing support, if you donate again this year, I will match your donation with $5 or bake you a loaf of banana bread.

Q. I don't like banana bread. Can I form my own walk team instead?
A. Yes! Go to www.firstgiving.com/barcc to form your own walk team.

Q. Wait! I didn't donate last year! Shouldn't you be cultivating new donors instead of spoiling people who have already demonstrated that they'll give you money?
A. I guess you should have thought about that in '08. Additionally, it's my way of saying "Sorry about all those constant contact emails and postcards you subsequently got last year."

Q. Wait, what?
A. Shh. Nothing.

Q. Will that adorable pig in the Paddington Bear galloshes be at the Walk? Because I felt a little misled last year about the mini-pony in the sneakers.
A. Unfortunately, Cinders will not be attending the Walk for Change this year. His presence on this page is merely a cheap ploy.
