Description: CAP works to find adoptive families for America's hardest to place children. CAP provides recruitment efforts for the children most difficult to place in adoptive homes -- those who are older, disabled, minorities, and/or sibling groups.

Mission: Roughly half a million children in the U.S. have been removed from unsafe homes, and of these, 120,000 are free for adoption. CAP seeks to find adoptive homes for America's hardest to place children.
