The Samaritans is an organization dedicated to helping lonely, depressed, and suicidal individuals.  They also work to educate the community about suicide.  The Samaritans host an annual 5K road race, which I also participated in last year.   The event this year is on Saturday September 29th.  Thanks for any support that you can give.
