The 2011 Muskegon Polar Plunge will start with 2:00 p.m. registration at Fricano's located on Muskegon Lake at 1050 W. Western Avenue. The plunge will start at 3:00 p.m. followed by the post plunge party and awards ceremony at 4:00 p.m.
