For many years, Newman, Larry and I have participated in the Walk for The Animals to support the thousands of animals that call the Humane Society's Shelter their home.  As most of you know, sadly we lost Newman last June to cancer.  His passing was devastating and to this day still makes me cry.  I will forever treasure the wonderful years we had with our amazing dog/friend. Happily, we are now blessed with our sweet Kramer who is a six month old blonde English golden retriever and who will be walking this year to honor his big brother NEWMAN!!

Hard economic times are affecting our furry friends in ways that seem unimaginable.  People are abandoning their pets as they abandon their homes, often leaving them behind in their houses without a second thought.

Please help us help the many helpless and homeless animals that need us so desperately.  Please give to those who cannot speak for themselves!!
