On Saturday, May 13th 2006 - The Rothberg Institute (TRI) will host a Step Forward walk to raise money for the TS Alliance. Starting by the Town Marina across the street, the three-mile walk will go to the town Green and return to TRI for some refreshments. We are not only looking for walkers, we are looking to area businesses for sponsorship. In addition, we invite anyone who would like to contribute their time to coordinating and volunteering for this event. If interested please contact me at msullivan@childhooddiseases.org

Last year we had well over 200 walkers, and the tally from sponsors exceeded $62,000 - an overwhelming success for our first-ever walk!

Not only did we raise critical funding to help families with TSC, we heightened community awareness of this devastating disease and brought together many families affected with TSC.
