Many of you do not know (because I rarely share), but my mother has Huntington's Disease. HD is a neurodegenerative genetic disorder where certain parts of the brain basically... degenerate. My mom is currently in year 10 of a 9-12 year prognosis. I cared for her for over 2 years, until a year ago, where I was forced to place her in a nursing home after she progressed to a state in which I could not provide what she required. The disease is brutal.

I ask that each of you at least think about coming out for the day to walk or run (I will be walk/ jogging)!
