This is my 4th consecutive year doing this ride, and this time......I'm dragging the whole family out to ride with me.  That's right...little man Ethan, squiggles Elise, and the big cheese, Mrs. Foley.   It's a great ride, a great cause, and a great event.  If you ride a bike, please consider joining me on this ride.

Hey...that's me and  Greg LeMond in the picture on the left.  He's a 3-time Tour de France winner.   He was just asking me how my riding was going this year.  And that's me in the YouTube video from the Longsjo Criterium.
