and Habitat for Humanity

-Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to families in need.

-Students at the College of Medicine, and other professional students at OSU, are dedicated to working with Habitat for Humanity to fundraise enough money to partially support the building of a Habitat house in the Columbus area

-The Medical students will then volunteer to help build the house

-Our goal is to raise enough to build an entire Habitat house, $100,000.  We hope to raise 10% of that amount ($10,000) and begin building by the end of the spring.  We have raised about $1,500 already.

-The Habitat House will be approximately 1,000 sq ft. when it is finished, this means that YOU can sponsor 1 sq. ft. of the house by donating $100!
