As some of you may know I am a member of the Boca Raton Triathletes and I am also on the Committee for the 13th Annual Dunn’s Run on October 4th 2009, that benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County.
Many of you that know this race has earned its reputation as the race that signifies the start of the running season here in South Florida. It offers a 5mile run or 5k run/walk and after 13 years of running up Federal Highway we’re changing the course to a more convenient loop style that begins and ends right in downtown Deerfield Beach.
