Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Triabetes Documentary.  It is our goal to show the world that people with diabetes can do anything they put their minds to.  Kids with diabetes should be on swim teams, track, cross country, bike racing, snowboarding - you name it!  Yet, coaches still tell kids "maybe you should join the band."

Together, with your help, our documentary about 12 type 1 diabetic athletes training and completing Ironman Wisconsin on September 7, 2008 will turn some heads and educate those who know little about diabetes.  We hope to release the documentary by December 2008. 

We have already raised some money to film the documentary and send everyone to Diabetes Training Camp.  Now we want to raise some money to make sure every screaming fan on the ironman course is able to be seen by the athletes by wearing Triabetes Fan tshirts.  With your help, we can make it happen!  Go to www.triabetes.org to watch the two videos already posted from the day we signed up, and an update on how training is going.
