The Gabriel Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non profit parrot welfare organization providing for the needs of parrots everywhere through its extensive programs. We serve as a research and eductional model to the public-at-large, the veterinary medical community, the pet industry, humane animal welfare organizations and the avicultural community. The Foundation educates the public about how to provide appropriately for parrots in capitivity and the need to preserve the world's parrots in their wild habitats. TGF operates an expansive Aviary and Adoption Center that cares for up to 850 birds daily. Our adoption program places over 100 birds annually with committed and caring individuals and families. We are open to the public through our scheduled tours and welcome visitors.
