PLUNGING FOR A CAUSE
Welcome to my SUPER PLUNGE fundraising for Special Olympics page. Along with some other devoted nuts we will plunge into Lake Michigan (at North Beach in Evanston Illinois) on February 17th and 18th 2006. We will be jumping into the freezing cold water each hour for 24 hours straight.
As a SUPER PLUNGER I will be collecting pledges from family, friends, co-workers, businesses and anyone else who would want to show their support for the Special Olympics Illinois. For every business who donates $100.00 or more to my effort, I will take the plunge wearing YOUR company shirt with YOUR logo on it. I will send photos also. Your donations will help provide athletes with intellectual disabilities the chance to participate in sports training and competition. I have been involved in Special Olympics for 4 years now. I would like to thank my company CARQUEST and Rich Halko for getting me involved in the Torch Run and Special Olympics. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to the Law Enforcement Torch Run Super Plunge for Special Olympics Illinois Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
