Mission: Prevent Child Abuse Texas works to prevent child abuse in all its forms throughout Texas through education, training, advocacy and public awareness. PCAT is the state chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America and is the only coalition in Texas dedicated solely for child abuse prevention.
