Please join Team HardCore on Sunday, September 13, 2009 for the 11th Annual Walk to Cure Cancer. We are walking in honor and memory of Jennie Riganati, who was diagnosed with cancer last summer and suddenly taken from us 5 weeks later on August 14, 2008.  The five mile walk-a-thon raises money to support research at UMass Memorial Cancer Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. The Walk is proudly sponsored by the working families of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO. Now, in its 11th year, over 50,000 walkers have joined the Walk to Cure Cancer and raised nearly $6 million.

Jennie was a kind, giving person who touched the lives of anyone who was fortunate enough to know her. She is dearly missed by her daughters Rita Miller and Jean Riganati, her grandchildren Missa and Matt Capozzo, friends, family, and all that knew her.  It is our honor as trainers, clients and friends of HardCore Pilates & Fitness to walk in her honor and memory and offer our part to help raise money to cure cancer once and for all.

Unfortunately, almost all of us know someone who has been affected by cancer. Team HardCore is committed to doing our part in raising money for the cure and raising hope for all of those affected by cancer. Your donations, no matter how small, make a difference.
