A former employer and friend Kathe Barsotti posted information on this fundraiser that her church is doing.I thought it was a wonderful idea and so would like to aid  Chicks4Orphans in their efforts in memory of my grandpa Kendall. He loved chickens and had them at his home in NC until he moved to VA after the passing of his wife and his health started to decline. He enjoyed "talking chicken" with me about my own birds and this was a nice way to honor him.He also raised ,as his own, a neice with his own children.How fitting to have three things that my grandpa was involved in joined together for the good of African orphans.What is the third thing you ask?It was his unfailing love and trust of our Lord and Savior,Jesus Christ.
