Thank you for visiting Nana's Team personal fundraising page. On April 25th Nana's Team will be participating in the 12th Annual Stepping out for Hospice Walk.  In just 3 short years we have raised over $17,000 for Old Colony Hospice in memory of our mother, Terry "NANA" Cummings.

Old Colony Hospice introduced us to Quality of life...Quality of time 3 years ago.  They continue to assist other families achieve that quality of life and time as they did for our mother's in her last weeks of life.  We believe in this organization and support all that they stand for.
