WE WALKED!!

AIDSWalk KC was another grand success!!  The weather was beautiful and the walkers were multitudinous!!

AND IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO DONATE!! Anytime until the end of June, we are accepting additional donations for the support of people in the KC Metro with HIV/AIDS.

Thank you!!!

 

So many AIDSWalks, so many years, so many lives improved.  But it's not enough!

This year I will walk in memory of 3 beloved men in my life:  My Dad, John Harrington, and my brothers Jack and David Harrington.

From Dad, I learned to see the spark of electricity between people, and to honor that spark no matter what form it appears to take. From Jack, I learned to laugh, often and hard,  and to pour my energy into helping those less priveleged than I. From David, I learned the power and dignity of generosity. Their love and guidance will always bless me.

Please help Metropolitan Community College raise even more this year!
