Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! As most of you know, this is very personal for me because Nate has Asperger's and Andy is on the Autism Spectrum. They will be walking with me to promote autism awareness. As a parent of children on the autism spectrum, it is essential to research and start interventions as early as possible. Groups like the Tommy Foundation and the Lancaster County Autism Mommies educate the community about acceptance and that this diagnosis does not define these unique and exceptional individual. They offer services to families that live with autism everyday, promote comradery for families, share local resources, help with advocacy, and offer events for these families to attend. Otherwise, my Andy may never have gotten a picture with Santa! 

I am confident that my children will some day have the tools to be productive members of an accepting community. Please help all families affected by autism to make this a reality.
