Hi Everyone!

It's that time of year again that I will be running the Rock and Roll Half Marathon on June 6th 2011 in memory of by brother Brett.  This will be my 2nd year raising money for two charities that are very near and dear to me.

The first is San Diego's Writer's Inc. an organization whose mission is to nurture writers and those wishing to explore the craft of writing, foster a literary community, promote literature and celebrate artistic diversity. As many of you know, Brett loved to write and wrote for his college Pop-Culture Magazine. Half of all proceeds that I raise through this website will go to this organization and their programs to foster people with a passion for writing in the San Diego area.

The second organization I am supporting is the Indigo Village Education Foundation.  The mission of this organization is to empower parents and individuals in the community by providing parenting and personal development programs.  I have had first hand experience of how this organization is changing lives and it's amazing!
