The NJHS has chosen this foundation as a fundraising effort for 2012 because of the close personal relationship of many Summit-Questa students to Jessica, her mother, and the foundation over the past several years. Many of our students are involved with the Jessica June Hope Club - kids4kids in need
This year the foundation is having their largest annual fundraiser and we invite the friends and family of Summit-Questa to participate with this wonderful charity by either attending their Fancy Jeans fundraising event or by purchasing raffle tickets. You will have a wonderful opportunity to support local children fighting cancer while having a chance to win a brand new loaded 2012 FORD car & 3 exclusive travel prizes! You will find links to both below. Please include your child's name and classroom so that the tickets may be delivered directly to them.

About the Jessica June Children's Cancer Foundation
In 2004 Sandra Muvdi started the Jessica June Children's Cancer Foundation (JJCCF), a nonprofit public charity, in memory of her only child Jessica June Eiler. A diagnosis of childhood cancer creates an immediate medical and emotional crisis while also creating a financial crisis for many families. JJCCF is committed to providing emergency financial relief to help families enduring pediatric cancer pay for everyday necessities such as medical, utility, rent, mortgage, car, gas and food. This direct and tangible temporary financial assistance JJCCF provides is vital to the survival of these children while they receive cancer treatment.
The mission of the Jessica June Children’s Cancer Foundation is to provide emergency financial assistance for children fighting cancer to ensure access to basic human necessities. Additionally, the Foundation advocates for and raises awareness of childhood cancer.
JJCCF serves the children of all seven hospitals offering pediatric oncology treatment in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward Counties) and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
