This past August I had the pleasure and privilege to volunteer for Outright's 2nd annual Youth Queer Camp. My experience could not even be accurately described. I was moved by the strength and power each of the youth demonstrated, being proud of who they are, and teaching me so much about honor, pride, and humility. This experience is one I wish each one of you could be a part of, because my life is forever changed by the people whom I encountered; strong, passionate, and empowered young people. I cannot give back enough for the experience I was given, and this is why I am choosing to participate in this year's Fire Truck Pull, to raise money for Outright Vermont so that they can continue to fund important programs like Camp Outright. Please help contribute to this organization and know that your money is going to something great - giving young people experiences they will forever cherish, and in some cases, experiences that will change and save their lives.
