The Life Time Chicago Triathlon weekend includes four different distances to choose from, including:

- International                Swim 1.5K, Bike 40K, Run 10K

- Sprint                          Swim .75K, Bike 22K, Run 5K

- Super Sprint                Swim 375 meter, Bike 10K, Run 2.5K

- Kids                            7-10 years old   Swim 100 meter, Bike 4K, Run 1K

            11-14 years old Swim 200 meter, Bike 8K, Run 2K
