I am walking the Stride for Health Walk to support the health system I work for Hallmark Health's Cardiac and Endovascular Center. Remember time is precious when you are suffering from  a heart attack or stroke!  When every second counts, you need excellent advanced care without driving into Boston, which is why support Hallmark Health Cardiac and Endovascular Center and Services is so important.

This year, Hallmark Health hopes to raise $100,000 to provide CPR training to 10th and 11th grade students in Wakefield, Melrose, Medford and Stoneham.  When the students have completed their school-based training, they will be asked to sign a contract to train at least 3 family members using a kit provided to them. This will offer CPR to a wider audience in the community with the possibility of saving countless lives.
