I am excited to be able to do this. I'm not really a runner, but I am ready to run for this great cause. Earlier in 2011, my Aunt Angie was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. Needless to say, this was a hard thing to grasp for all of us. Thankfully, because of the great healthcare she recieved, she is currently in remission. She is a fighter, and she is running the half-marathon with my mom, while myself and several other member's of our family are running the 5k.
