The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance (CPAA) is an all-volunteer, non-profit alliance of local individuals and animal rescues working together to save dogs and cats through spay/neuter programs, adoptions, fostering, public outreach and education. CPAA believes that by working together and networking in our community, we can create a better community for both people and animals.
